The Quality Manager will promote core values Quality and Productivity by directing all aspects of the quality management program to assure processes are continually improved and products consistently meet or exceed customer and applicable statutory/regulatory requirements.

Main Tasks:

Developing quality and reliability standards, instructions and procedures according to internal/customer and applicable statutory/regulatory requirements.

Promoting a Culture of Quality by:

-planning, developing, and implementing all quality training programs,

-developing, implementing and continuously improving the efficiency of the Quality Management system (QMS),

-developing and optimizing of all processes and methods (CAPA, 5Ws, FishBone, etc.),

-providing Audits of QM system,

-performing process validation tests to ensure product conforms to quality and reliability standards,

-implementing and reviewing work and operation instructions,

-developing policies/objectives to support processes quality and reliability standards,

-monitoring/measuring processes and products against established policies, objectives, and requirements,

-establishing a system to document product quality

Necessary knowledge and skills:

  • University degree
  • Minimum 3 years experience within Quality Assurance
  • Knowledge of QA system, ISO principles
  • Experienced in QMS implementation
  • Preferable business field: Quality and ISO in production and logistics
  • Level of English: fluent

  • Can work independently under pressure and limited time scale, leader, effective communicative skills, people and project management, mature personality
